Our yoghurt takes three days to make. Most other yoghurts take one day

The rest is secret.

But what we can tell you is that’s why it’s incredibly thick, creamy (without the high fat) & silky smooth. It’s often said that it’s what is not in our yoghurt that makes it so good. Ruby & Roy’s Yoghurt is handmade, the yoghurt is strained to filter out the watery whey, using a very old technique, so what you’re left with is the thick, creamy & best bit!
